Landscape of learning, working, and socializing!

Digital communication has drastically increased our ability to break down physical barriers of learning and work, not to mention socializing.  Individuals no longer have to be in the same area at the same time to learn, work or socialize collaboratively.  We now can have conversations that are delayed, but can be responded to from remote locations at any time day or night from around the world.  It is possible to have multiple people collaborating and conversing from a variety of locations with written, verbal, and visual presence without high cost technological tools.

The learning, working, and socializing limitations have literally been removed thanks to the technology being used and shared in the digital age.  No limits, no boundaries to learning and collaborating.

Digitally Oriented PLC's

Using the social bookmarking tool is extremely valuable.  There is no way a professional learning community could capture, organize, and evaluate the information that is available form the many experts that we can get from digital experts.  the speed, reliability, and expertise of the information available that we can organize on our readers is outstanding.

Thanks for sharing Brad

Personal Learning Network

Brad:

You have given us tools to share knowledge above any comprehensible thought.  Your insight on how to use, retrieve, manage, share, and distribute information relevant to educational leaders was amazing.  Every lesson you taught us and the ability to network with colleagues we probably will never see face to face is priceless.

I am already using the tools you have demonstrated for us are invaluable.  It has already provided an avenue for my staff to discuss health insurance.

I thoroughly enjoyed and learned in your class.
